Amazing Experience! Giacomo & his wife Cristiana provided an amazing class/experience for my wife & I & another couple. This is a real cooking class! There were 5 courses each paired with a different wine which was a big selling point with me :) . We made 2 kinds of pastas (gnocchi & papardelle), tiramisu, a beef dish & a very simple zucchini pasta dish. Giacomo showed us that you can use only 3 ingredients and if they are fresh, local, organic quality ingredients you can make an incredible dish. I can’t wait to try this again at home! I can’t recommend this class enough!

The best!! Giacomo led us through a wonderful cooking class. Christiana his wife helped everyone along and was lovely as well. We made the most delicious gnocchi I've ever had!!! The courses were all delicious, made even better by the wine pairings. Giacomo was informative and we learned a lot about locally sourced ingredients and how to make simple and tasty dishes. I'd recommend this class to anyone traveling in the area!

My husband and I had the best time with Giacomo and Cristiana. They are both so clearly passionate about bringing guests into their home to learn true, authentic Italian cooking. All of the dishes were simple, with few ingredients, but delicious and so different than anything we've experienced before. We loved it so much not only because of the fantastic experience and food (delicious!), but because we'll be able to recreate all of these at home - something that's not typically the case for other cooking classes we've taken. We can't recommend this class enough!

If you are looking for a wonderful cooking class and experience, this is it! From start to finish, we loved it. Giacomo had a thoughtful lesson plan and response to every question. The instructions were precise but simple to follow. But most importantly, the layers of detail that Giacomo provides go beyond a recipe to show you how to think about what you are cooking. Giacomo is a very conscientious chef; his passion for food and the ingredients was inspiring. I really felt like I learned a lot that I could take beyond what we were cooking that day. We were very happy we did this!
