They had some interesting frames, but I couldn't try them on without help to unlock them. Neither person offered to help, and upon asking he said it would be a minute. He wasn't helping anyone else; he was doing paperwork instead. So, after a couple more minutes I left and bought a 250 pair of Maui Jim's elsewhere. Customer service should be better.

Huge quantities to choose from but not a lot of good quality and style to select from as well. Service was mediocre; nothing more nothing less. Atmosphere was a bit dull, but this place serves its purpose.

I'm now a happy customer. A representative of the company reached out to me in a good faith effort to remedy the issue. I appreciated the effort. Stay away horrible place. They took my money and refused to give me lenses or a prescription to obtain lenses else where. I left the office with nothing.
