The staff and customer service at this Big 5 are excellent. My family and I returned a faulty product to the location and we were able to exchange the item for free, even though we didn’t have the box or receipt. The members of the staff approached our problem with care and did all that they could to help us. Ivan especially was fantastic, and made sure that our experience at big 5 was amazing!!!

While not the biggest store they provide good products and service, and regularly have good sales. Unlike some other stores they often have and/or gladly find the shoes advertised on sale. We didn't see the desired size and color on display so the sales associate said he could order it from another store if he didn't have or in back, but he ended up finding them on back right away. We've been coming here for over 15 years and will continue to come.

What a joke. They dont have anyone there that can sell ammo. Guy said you can look at them you can touch them but I cant sell them to you. I didnt come for any games
