I wouldn't pay attention to the other review here. We've been using their services for several months now and have only had positive experiences. We've received defective tubes once and there were only 50. We've ordered 100k so this number is actually pretty good. Machine difficulties happen, but the service here is constant and irreplaceable. Our company sees them as a valuable resource. Thanks Earthwise!
Do not recommend this company at all. Absolutely horrible quality products and horrendous customer service. We ordered the flip top jars and they wouldn’t even close properly and were poorly designed with lines that sticked out going through the tube. When we received the package they refused to give us a refund.
