I wanted to get a Brazilian Blowout and was referred to Stephanie (co-owner of salon) by a colleague of my hairstylist. Everyone was very friendly and Stephanie was on time and did not keep me waiting. The salon is an old craftsman style home and was so cute inside with lots of personality and great decor. My experience with Stephanie was great - she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, extremely experienced and great at what she does. My BB looks great and I don't know why I waited so long - I get my hair colored and highlighted all the time so I was worried it would be damaged, but Stephanie said it wouldn't and it wasn't! They sell Aveda and Oribe, which I love. I will definitely be returning for another when needed and maybe even some microblading on my brows. Highly recommend!!!!!

I had gotten Microblading done in the salon. The service itself was done well but the organization and professionalism was a different story which I should not have ignored. When first scheduling my Microblading appointment I had scheduled it through a link on Instagram that took me to the website. The website in which I had booked my appointment through said the total cost was 550, after I had gotten my eyebrows done and went to pay I was told it was 600 (keep in mind I had called several times back and forth clarifying that it would only be 550). Now I am trying to schedule my follow up appointment so I can get the service done and go elsewhere. I tried calling to see if I could make an appointment for a Saturday given I was told that was a potential option when I was last in (since I have to fly in), they told me they needed to speak to the artist and that they would give me a call back by the end of the day. It has now been two days and there has been 0 communication from them. I tried calling back again today and it went straight to voicemail saying the voicemail box is full and that I cannot leave a message. Horrible communication making this entire situation awful.
