Beware of scammers! My boyfriend and I tested positive at this lab with no symptoms. Had to cancel our trip and suffered monetary loss. We retested the next day (each at a different location) and the results were negative. The place is disorganized and did not look professional. We lost 100 each for the test, a few hundred dollars to get retested and a few hundred dollars related to trip cancellation. The lab refuses to admit its fault and refund. Read other reviews! They are constantly producing fake results.

These guys are very poorly run. First, the address they list on google is NOT where you go for a Covid Swab test. Which is something that should be made clearer. Second, no one is in the front to let you know what's happening and then they get mad if you start filling out forms without them there. They just need to get their stuff together.

*** 12/29/20 UPDATE*** I EMAILED THE COMPANY AT THE TIME I GAVE MY LAST REVIEW. AND THEY ACTUALLY DID RESPOND TO THE EMAIL I SENT THEM WITH MY TEST RESULTS WITHIN ABOUT 2 HOURS OF THE ORIGINAL EMAIL BEING SENT TO THEM*** 24 hours my back side... unfortunatley there is little to no oversight with these types of companies. so the fact that its been almost 48 hours and i still havent gotten a response is ridiculous. you would think that for a company making money hand over fist in a time of crisis like this that they would at least have a 24 hour line or some sort of online service to find out our results.... nope

The Santa Ana test site is a bit disorganized and the way the technician administered my test was sloppy. I decided to retest at another testing facility simply because I couldn’t trust the results from Equaltox. I would not recommend this place.

I was told I will be charged 25 if I am going through insurance but still they charged me 100 luckily immediately after exit I checked my bank app and I found that I was charged 100. I checked with them and the guy said by mistake he charged me 100 and returned 75 by cash. They themselves didn’t gave me the receipt and on asking for it only they gave me the receipt.
