I first consulted with the owner Dave via e mail. I found him to be very knowledgeable, experienced and aware of dog behavior and training. He was patient and understanding about how to deal with our dog's problem behavior. We next had Dave come to our home for one-on-one training with our dog Larry. The results were awesome! We found Dave to be passionate and empathetic about helping dogs and their owners live together in a way that makes all of us happy! We highly recommend Dave and the EveryDog team for your pet's training and special needs!

Dave was so genuine and helpful. I was not very familiar with dogs and he helped my kids and me to understand more about them. We were having some trouble getting our dog to listen and his recommendations were so helpful. What is being taught takes commitment to spending time training your puppy, but with repetition it does help them and you. I am able to enjoy our dog so much more now that he has a good routine that he feels comfortable in.
We had a rescue dog named Boomie who was anxious and afraid of people and prone to biting. His prior owner didn’t walk or socialize him regularly. Across three months, and 8 sessions, Dave taught us dog psychology and how to begin training Boomie. His instructions and explanations were very clear, and we saw huge improvements. He was patient with us as I’m sure we asked the same question more than once, and we are visual learners, so we needed to see him demonstrate more than once how to walk and treat him. Definitely would recommend!
This review is for Millie, who provided grooming services for my dog Sophie. Millie is absolutely WONDERFUL...very patient, loving and personable. I decided to change groomers from another local facility because Sophie's groomer left and I was not happy with the groomer who took over. I researched for weeks to find another place as I was reluctant to jump from groomer to groomer to find a place I was happy with. I definitely made the right choice. I visited the facility and met with Dave prior to making my first grooming appointment. Millie did a FANTASTIC job. She did exactly as I asked and Sophie was well cared for. We will definitely return and eventually enroll Sophie in a training program with Dave. Everyone who I came into contact with were very personable. This place offers lots of love for our fur babies. I am one very satisfied customer!
Dave is phenomenal!! We're SOO THANKFUL we found EveryDog on Yelp!! Dave and the team focus on positive reinforcement training - no prong or e collars - and we've seen amazing results in a short time without having to force our puppy into submissiveness as other trainers often do. You can tell he LOVES what he does and really GENUINELY cares for the health, happiness, and success of the dogs he works with. No one will give your dog more dedicated attention and care in training and daycare than Dave... He really goes above and beyond even in regular daycare to ensure the dogs are learning positive behaviors during play. Like, what?! Amazing. We haven't found another daycare with as much focus and care for such a reasonable price as EveryDog - and on top of that our dog is obsessed - thank you Dave!!
I put my puppy, Jazz, into the EveryPup program when we first got her at 8 weeks. She is now 5 months old and has been going to EveryDog 3 days a week. Her growth is incredible! She still does puppy things, of course, but she has come a really long way from where she started! Dave is incredible with answering questions and giving out tips, tricks and advice on training at home. My older dog (5 years old), Gracie, also goes to daycare with Jazz and loves it! It’s great for both puppies and older dogs! I would recommend EveryDog to anyone with a dog, no matter the age! Also, they’re groomer is incredible! I have 2 doodles and she did an amazing job on both of them! Doodles are not usually easy to groom, but I was very happy! I really could not be happier with everyone at EveryDog!
Our boy, Banjo, a chocolate lab, started coming to EveryDog when he was 5 months old. It has now been 2 months since he started and we continue to take him to EveryDog. Dave, Analise and the whole EveryDog staff are wonderful.Our puppy was getting so used to having everyone home during the pandemic that he would bark and cry even if we left him to go upstairs for a minute. In just a few visits to EveryPup class and some valuable exercises for us to do as a family, Banjo is now comfortable being alone and rarely barks or jumps. EveryDog's philosophy is so positive that I can't imagine any dog that wouldn't benefit from their expertise. Banjo has also learned how to play appropriately with other dogs and is learning self-restraint. Dave and Analise also take the time to e-mail me with resources, tips for our sweet boy. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is you won't find a nicer, more qualified staff than this one who sincerely love your dog if you need training or daycare.
I cannot say enough good things to say about Everydog SoCal! My dog Birdie participated in the Everypup program and learned so much during her four weeks. Dave was helpful, friendly, and responsive, as was the rest of the staff. I was kept in the loop about what she was learning and how to practice at home. I would recommend this facility and program to every new puppy owner!
