Good consistent food and flavors. Clean and customizable with no rice or carrots for me! Only 4 stars because of the religious music and paraphenalia. Lose that and you get my 5 stars!

I bought a regular chicken bowl with onions today 12/7/20 started eating and pulled out a long light brown hair strand from the bowl, disgusting tried calling but the store doesn't answer and you can't leave a message Not going there again
Hate this Flame broiler last time they forgot to put brown rice and today I went around 12pm and they didnt even fill half of my bowl.And then the lady working here told me if I wanted more I would have to pay 3 something more.Omg never going back.Terrible customer service her and the cook are always in a bad mood.
Good food. Has gotten kind of pricey lately. And for some reason their drink machine is never working when I go.
