I have trained with Michael for the past 5 month, and the result is very obvious according to all my friends. Although the weight drop is little, but I have gained much strength and toned up quite a bit. The difference between work out on your own and have a professional trainer is significant. Under Michael's observation, I won't injure myself and able to target the right area. I will continue to train with Michael coz I want to see a different me.

I started at Full Circle Fitness in Tustin in February 2020. I tried many other fitness paths but would not stick with them for one reason or another. This location is real easy to get to and close to my home. I began with the 21 day trial. I made sure I came all of my 21 days and I was very happy I did. After that trial I signed up for 7 months and at the end of that another 7 months. Everything is done with my age and my capabilities in mind. The exercises are designed for me and my benefit. One of the most personal wins I got from the core work we are doing is that in July when my daughter (a brand new mother) threw her back out and I had to step in and help care for her newborn, at age 60 I was able to with no strain or injury to myself. Picking up the baby, carrying him, holding and feeding him, bathing him, etc. There was a lot of up and down from crib to floor to baby seat, etc. I could see where the exercises that I had been doing for 5 months paid off. I was able to help everyday for 7 weeks straight. I KNOW for a fact that before these classes I would not have been physically able to do that. I love the trainers and Rosa and everything she does to care for us.

This is a place where you can have fun while you learn about nutrition, increase strength, mobility and overall fitness. Rosa, the owner, is amazing, as are the coaches they are highly trained and go above and beyond to meet the needs of the Full Circle members. Full Circle has been great for my wife and I! It has transformed us positively from a physical perspective as well as mental perspective. The private training, small group classes as well as the yoga definitely makes going to this gym worthwhile! It’s also nice to go to the gym where you’re not just a number but a person! Great instructors for small group sessions. They make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and that you don’t hurt you back. Their goal is to help you strengthen you core, improve your balance and get stronger. Many other perks including heathy recipes and great communication. I participate three days a week and my overall health has improved.

I have been a member of Full Circle Fitness for six years. I enjoy my workouts which include Pilates and private sessions with my trainer. I train here four times a week. The atmosphere is very upbeat, friendly and the trainers are very professional. Being a senior I have several health issues which my trainers are aware of and monitor closely. To date, because of their monitoring, I have never sustained an injury. I highly recommend Full Circle Fitness without hesitation.

Last March, 2020, our lives changed in drastic ways—especially with our normal physical activities and being with other people supporting us as we try to keep fit. I was fortunate, through my daughter, to find Full Circle Fitness. Most weeks I would usually do three to four different workout classes or spend time on machines for cardio and weights for strength. That all changed. Where I live I picked up a majority of time doing very long, walks that got the steps in and some cardio on the side. BUT what about speed and strength. Through Full Circle Fitness I was able to pick up many different sessions with wonderful trainers. The choices are numerous and fit the bill for me. Rosa and her team of trainers really bring the focus on the older adults—those 50 which definitely fits my age group. They are supportive, enthusiastic and professional. It’s a very friendly, family oriented business. Included with all the sessions is an abundance of other resources and supportive help. Videos for balance, stretching, strength, breathing, and food choices are available. They even have a Book Club. If there are any health issues (movement, back, knees, etc.) they find ways to adapt the routine. It’s an overall look at your body, your needs, and how to become healthier and strong. Choices also include one on one, the usual small group, or on an individuals focus. I was very lucky to connect to this specific business, especially with Rosa as the director and the staff ( Jessi, Mercedes, Ricki, Rosa, and Kellie) who have kept me on target and pushed when needed to guide me to a higher level of better health.
