If I can give this HOSPICE company 10 stars I would! the hospice team is very caring and always on top of anything my mother needed during her last days on earth! Jeremy the ADON is very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions and needs promptly. Gen always come to my mothers house with a bubbly personality and helpful attitude. The admission Nurse Nohemi was also very terrific answering all my questions and providing us with detailed information about hospice. Overall the entire team played a big part on my mothers remaining days. She was very comfortable and happy. :) THANK YOU!

I am pleasantly happy with Green Meadows. I utilize their company for my board and care. They are extremely responsive and caring for all our residents. They are always responsive and are there anytime I need them. Keep up the great work!
My sister used Green Meadows hospice for her husband in his final stages of brain cancer. Their personnel never bathed him, they didn't shave him, they didn't turn him over and never charted his blood pressure. They had an excuse for everything that they didn't do, why they didn't have any diapers, why they didn't have any medications or why they delivered a broken bed. After he passed and she was saying her final goodbyes...they told her to leave him alone that he was deceased and her job was done. That is no way to treat anyone alive or deceased. Avoid this company at all costs. I had to give a star because you have to give a star to write a review
My name is Lauren. As a representative of Green Meadows Hospice, I am disappointed to hear that your impression of our care was anything less that outstanding. Hospice is wonderful service, that, under normal circumstances, allows families and patients time to bond with our staff, and allow us do to what we do best – provide comfort and peace during a very difficult time. Grief is a tricky thing, and those going through it suffer an array of difficult emotions including anger, fear, and despair. In cases where the patient is only on our service a short time, we may not have the time to help families deal with these emotions, as all focus is on the patient. In reviewing the care provided in this case, I can see that this patient was seen daily, receiving 13 visits in the short week he was on our service, by 7 different members of our care team. During our visits, we provided support and education, comfort and medication changes to meet the changing needs of the patient, were in daily contact with the physician to update him on the patient’s changing condition, brought supplies and meds to the home, and did our best to make the passing peaceful and pain free. As you move forward, we will be there to support you through the difficult grieving process. You can expect to receive calls and letters to remind you that we are here to help you cope with your loss. Green Meadows is still, and will continue to be, here for you and your family.
Nice, friendly, and dependable nurses!
