This place is amazing. I went here on a date and I was so surprised with my overall experience! The interior decoration is so great to look at and the staff is as friendly as can be! They don't mind striking up a conversation with you while you wait. Such a cozy, nostalgic place! If you've been looking for an authentic japanese place to either eat or reminisce on, I would highly recommend coming here at least once. Pricing is wonderful and they even sell great quality shirts that help support the restaurant I will definitely be back for sure!

The owner is Okinawan & she runs the place. During her day off, she dines at Habuya with her friends. This shows how much pride she has at her place. Almost everything on the menu is GREAT. Don't go to Habuya & just order ramen like a foreigner, be advantageous & order something different each visit...AND the side dishes are GREAT at this place.

The menu and service were beyond our expectations. I surely loved the vibes of this place. Wonderful restaurant to take the family out for lunch.

Takoyaki is a must. All of their dishes are phenomenal. Most authentic, if not the only authentic Japanese takoyaki in Cali. Ask for extra crispy.
One of my favorite places to eat at whenever I'm in town. I used to live in Okinawa and this is the closest and most authentic Okinawan cuisine I've had since being back in California. The food is amazing and if you are looking for authentic, tasty food, I highly recommend visiting this place. The staff is super nice and the decor reminds me so much of my time spent in Okinawa.
Always an amazing time at Habuya. The food is amazing and the staff is very nice any friendly. I definitely recommend to anyone who likes good japanese food!
