What an impressive storage facility compared to the one I was at previously. The site is secure, the staff is helpful and friendly, the grounds are clean, and they have very fair prices. I highly recommend.
Super friendly, patient and kind staff. Willing to go the extra mile every time. Super cool with payments and give an extra 10 days from the 1st to pay without penalty. Carts are provided but need to be checked out during business hours. But cool with dropping key in the box. Super laid back. The manager is so cool and epic. Family owned business. When I am in the need for storage again. I will 100% go back! The best storage facility in orange county! Best one I've been to my whole life.
I had the BEST experience ever! Sarah was beyond great to work with from reservation to completing paperwork online, she was with me every step of the way. She made a really stressful time a little more bearable, I mean I lost my job and home in one moment. I can’t thank her enough and i5 storage for having such a great employee. If you are reading this go in and see Sarah great customer service and such a beautiful property especially compared to their competitors
