Janet & her staff are friendly & courteus, they are quick to respond & assist. I've been their client for over 3 years now since I bought my home Oct. 2015. I have both home & auto insurance with them.
Mid April William wrote me a great commercial estimate at 900 less than my current policy. Jumped all over that - why wouldn't I? its Allstate! The third biggest insurance company in the US. 6/20ish I get a notice from Travelers we are being cancelled on 7/28 as they don't insure our type of business. Wait. what? Janet ASSURES me this will not be an issue, they will get it handled. Just relax. Literally 30 days later on 7/23 I get a quote for 2900! That's 700 MORE than the policy I left them for PLUS i get to pay fees all over again I have already paid and its 1300 more than the policy I originally received. I think, due to the negligence of her former employee, she should pay the difference. She does not agree. I have turned her over to the CA Insurance commission, Allstate, Travelers and will be seeing her in small claims court. Additionally, in the state of CA she, by law, must obtain my signature on an application to see out quotes for us. TWICE she had submitted apps for us with no signature - we can't even approve what she is submitting to MAKE SURE the companies know what kind of business we do. STAY AWAY - this seems to be a bait and switch operation,
I've had the unfortunate occasion to file a vehicle claim and a 2 home owner claims (within a month of each other... don't ask) with Allstate and they were kind, very professional, and took care of my claims with the utmost care. I really felt they had my best interest at heart and worked with me as we worked on getting things back to normal in the shortest amount of time. I'm very happy with this insurance company as I have heard such horror stories about other companies that I was so afraid to have to file a claim. I've paid for insurance for well over 20 years and this is the first time I've had to file a claim. You definitely should call this insurance agency...
Excellent people to work with they do have a excellent customer service and they also respond promptly when I did have a problem and they took care of it immediately that makes me feel secure thank you Allstate Team
