Got a nice suit at a great price. Daniel Kim, was a very knowledgeable and professional salesman. Had an amazing experience with him and his store.

Lots of selections. However, though our salesperson was very nice. (He was the only one working.) I wish he gave more input help in what would look nice and fit well. Seemed to just want to let my husband go with anything he liked without saying, "You know, that is very nice, but looks like it is pulling a little too tight across the back or when you move your arms. Let's try a little different style it size because we can do alterations.". Instead, I had to notice that a jacket my husband almost went with was pulling a bit in the middle seam of his back Yes, you want to make sure the customer likes what they but, but you are the experts and should definitely say something if something really isn't fitting properly. There was no one else in the store until we were finishing up, so not being torn between customers. I'll finish reviewing on service and value once our ordered items come in and we go back for the alterations in order to give a more accurate review on our entire experience. Again, lots of choices and some good values, but need more input on how a suit should really lay and fit.
Clean, we'll stocked, good prices, excellent return policy. The only thing keeping them from five stars is salesmen friendliness, or lack of it. Could use some training on how to smile and be more "happy to help." The same guy every time I'm there just looks and sounds annoyed that we're bothering his quiet time.️
I rarely write reviews but I have to do this one. I literally just got out of the Jos A Bank store in Tustin. Worst experience ever. Salesperson was impatient with me, grilling me on what size outfits I wear so he could go pick them out for me. He had an almost impressively subtle way of telling me that I was not allowed to browse through the clothing at the store. After 10 minutes of trying to figure out what the heck kind of store and service I was dealing with, I headed out. Kinda funny, because both this store in Tustin and the one in Seal Beach have complaints about customer service. To be fair, I can't conclusively base this treatment on my individual profile. However, is this normal service in these two Jos A. Bank stores? If not, please act on it.

I utilized the ship to store option and unfortunately when I got to the store my order was unable to be located. With that said, the gentlemen in the store were awesome and swift in correcting the issue. If not for the misplaced order they would have gotten 5 stars for their customer service.
I love the style and Reserve is my favorite collection. Must buy on sale, because they deeply discount the prices. Service can be slow
Great place to get your first suit, or affordable suit in general! Sales staff there are extremely friendly and professional, thanks to James and Daniel for helping me getting a great suit for my interview! Too, tailor did a absolutely spot-on job. Overall, this place is definitely worth every penny in my opinion, and will sure return in the future for more suits. Go on weekends for the best deals!
