To Whom It May Concern: Cynthia (Cindy) Ignatuk represented me in a criminal DUI case, my second DUI in six years. I was suffering from alcoholism and checked myself into a rehab program in South Orange County. I was referred to Cynthia by one of the head counselors who had Cindy represent him in the past. It was conveyed to me that Cindy was a fighter who goes above and beyond for her clients to understand their case and provide strategy and solutions for the best possible outcome. During a very emotional time for me and my family, Cindy worked with the courts, provided me with multiple options and thoughtfully executed a very honest supportable defense strategy. I am a commercial real estate executive and depend on my license to drive to earn a living. Coupled with my court case, Cindy represented me in a “refusal” technicality with the DMV which would have resulted in an automatic one-year suspension of my license. Cindy was able to look at the body of evidence and prove that I was not refusing to cooperate with the field sobriety test (I just had a concussion!). The DMV overturned my one-year suspension and I had no restrictions in my ability to drive. My first DUI, I was represented by a very well-known Orange County attorney who I believe did very little to understand the nuances of my case and provide for a proper defense. The judge showed no mercy. Cindy goes the extra mile for her clients. Today, I am 14 months sober and I am so thankful that I was able to get Cindy’s referral in rehab. She is an incredible attorney and I will be forever grateful for her tireless efforts on my behalf. My family and I will never forget you, Cindy. Thank you!

Had just been released from Jail for false dv allegations and also served with a restraining order. I was in dire desperation and feel Cynthia took advantage of my situation. First by making me sign a non-refundable deposit of 5500. I went to court the day of the initial trial and it was moved off a calendar which After notifying Cynthia she said she forgot to inform me. Also after haven't seen my daughter for a month I asked Cynthia if she could call other party and request for visitation. She told me I needed to pay to hire her (give another 5 or 10k) her for a divorce case since that was another issue. So she wouldn't even make a 5 min call. As I Iook back I realize her strategy is to capitalize on people's desperation
