Omg!! This is the best kept secret in town! If u need rave clothing this is the place to shop. If u need something custom made they do it for you. If what you're buying doesn't fit they alter it on the spot while you wait. Whatever you are looking for they have it and if they don't have they'll make it for you. Prices are good and the customer service is amazing! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place. If I could give them more stars I would.

As a plus size person, I feel discriminated not to be able to try out my sizes in the store. All online, so if it doesn't fit, I have to go back, return it and reorder? Disappointing...
Horrible service. II stopped in to see if I could find a new outfit. First the employees were chatting, that didn't bother me. Then two walked in front of me cutting me off and not acknowledging me at all. After looking around for about 5 minutes with no greeting whatsoever, I left. There are plenty of places to shop. Too bad, I like Loft and have never had a bad experience in any other Loft stores.
Staff needs more training. Not as helpful as it used to be . Manager not willing to honor posted sign in front of cashier for additional 10 percent off.

I am a loft fan but this store most of the time is out off petite sizes and only one staff helping customer for check out! You have to stay at least 5-8 mins to check out!
