Office staff is great!! Gay was very kind hearted,understanding and patient. Leah (assistant) was very caring, understanding and empathetic towards the horrible situation I was in. Dr. Miller was very nice,pleasant to meet. You can tell she knows her stuff! I did not feel rushed or felt like a number! I felt comfortable explaining my situation without being judged! Although my issue was not meant for Periodontal at this time, I'm glad to know that if I ever in need of a Periodontist I would definitely come back to her! (Hopefully never) in a good way!!

Dr. Miller is the best! She's very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, honest, compassionate and has a great chair side manner. I have been going to her for several years and trust her implicitly! My surgery recently went very well. She has a great personality and I love to make her laugh. She has an excellent staff. Gay, Laura and Patty are awesome! I highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Marlene Miller is an excellent dental surgeon and I was pleased to see she was trained at Harvard! The doctor and entire staff were very professional. The office was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining what I needed and about how much my dental insurance would cover. I was recommended to Dr. Miller's office from my general dentist since I needed gum surgery and a dental implant. I have now completed all my needed treatment at her office and it all went great! I would highly recommend the office for any periodontics work you need.

Dr. Marlene Miller is a very caring and incredibly talented oral surgeon doctor who really looks out for the highest quality of care for her patients! She explains treatments and procedures very carefully which was very helpful for me. Laura, the hygienist, is also very good and extremely professional. She's very gentle and friendly! The staff at the office is always very kind and helpful! I strongly recommend this practice for any periodontal treatments.

I cannot recommend against this office enough. The facts are simple: I made a confirmed appointment a week or so in advance. I took time off work, drove halfway across OC and showed up at the office for my appointment (about 10 minutes early). I filled out the paperwork, after which I was told they were running late and was asked if I wanted to reschedule—I declined and indicated I was willing to wait. About 10 minutes after my appointment time I was told my appointment was cancelled. I suggested they cancel an appointment later in the day for someone who hadn’t actually shown up yet, and the receptionist said they couldn’t do that, which is literally untrue. To cancel an appointment after the person has taken time off work, has driven halfway across OC and has already shown up at the office is incredibly unprofessional, and the casualness and arrogance with which they did so is unconscionable. Has anyone here ever had his or her medical or dental appointment cancelled after already showing up at the office for the appointment? If not, try to imagine it and don’t give this office your business.

"I have been a patient since 2010. In all of this time, I have been very satisfied with the treatment she has given me. Most important of all to me, she has always been available whenever I have had a dental emergency. Her staff is outstanding, especially the hygienist. They are always careful to check that I have taken my premedication before carrying out any required work. They are very efficient in scheduling appointments, and in revising them, it it is necessary.

I was referred to Dr. Miller from my general dentist two years ago for gum grafts. Her and her office staff were so nice and comforting since I was nervous. Dr. Miller did a great job with my surgery and it all healed well and has been stable for over two years now. I get my teeth cleaned there regularly and they spend a lot of time and do great work!
