I came across Michael's website and found his website being very resourceful. So I decided to call and leave a message to speak with him about expunging a complex conviction. He called me back within 1 business day, he asked a few questions and unfortunately he couldn't represent me because he's from So Cal and I am from Nor Cal but he still took the time to explain the process of what I should expect and do. He was very informative and pleasant on the phone. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with him I was able to find attorneys in my area with his help and guidance. I already went through 2 lawyers unfortunately for my case before I found Michael Ocampo. Due to Covid, my case was at a standstill and kept getting pushed back prolonging the uncertainty of my future. Michael Ocampo took over and timely moved the case to a positive direction. He was very meticulous, responsive, and proactive with his communication with the court, the prosecutor, and a private investigator that he recommended. As a result, charges were eventually dismissed and reduced to a minor misdemeanor rightfully so. I am so glad that Michael represented me and would highly recommend him to protect your rights as a defendant. In addition to his dependable service, he was also upfront and transparent with the obligated fees. Therefore I did not get taken advantage of like my first 2 typical lawyers/liars.
