Went in here last week looking for a Miele vacuum. The guy was SUPER helpful and gave me a great demo of the vacuum. Seems like a very reputable shop!! It’s great that little shops that sell and repair vacuums still exist! Way better to buy one here than from a big-box store! Much better customer service before AND after the purchase!

Great costumer service!! I would like to acknowledge the salesperson that helped me choose the best Oreck model for me - Edward Dodd. His professionalism, honesty and dedication amazed me and instantly made me a loyal costumer. I bought an Oreck Magnesium SP and I'm extremely satisfied with the product and the service received. Edward even helped me take my new vacuum to my car. I'm a very satisfied costumer.
This place always has great service on our vacuum. We have 2 Oreck's and they beat online prices when we bought them.
