There is a dedicated register for returns but they don't use it. Customers making returns have to stand in the general check out line which is very long no matter what time you go. I went 2 separate times at different times of the day. The store itself is fine but they need to work on the in-store returns process.

Your typical neighborhood bargain bin Nordstrom's Rack store. Weird, they don't have as many higher-end products and options like their Costa Mesa store, even though the demographic might be the higher socio-economic status here. Still, it has better products and more options than Ross or TJMax nearby.

The Temecula store does not have the wide selection that you find at other Rack locations. But compared to other options in Temecula, I am so glad to have this store locally. This is the only place I can run in and find something when needed.
