Don't use their curbside pickup. My wife and I waited about 20 minutes outside waiting for them to bring out the order, then called the store.. waited another 10 minutes. Tired of waiting, I walked into the store and asked for my purchase.. the girl at the counter asked me what color my car was so she could mark it on some form.. Presumably to make it seem as if she actually walked out with the order.

I ordered a bouquet of balloons for my husband and my 10th anniversary this weekend and they turned out FANTASTIC. Two of the balloons were out of stock at the location and a team member picked them up from another location so that I wouldn't need to make two trips. I would give 6 stars if Google would let me.
Good place to visit for last minutes party! Especially for new year stay home. Really relieved to have this store nearby.
Plan ahead of a major holiday or else you'll quickly find out they're out of stock

I placed an online order for delivery for two bundles of balloons on balloon weights. When the Shipt driver arrived, I received one giant tangled mess of balloons that weren’t on the balloon weights. Despite my best efforts I couldn’t untangle them. I called Party City and they immediately said - “how can we make this right?” They offered to deliver brand new balloons but unfortunately they were sold out of some of the balloons I purchased. So the manager sent one of her associates to our house to untangle the balloons. Due to COVID, he had to stand on the porch, in the heat but he did so with a smile. He spent 30-40 minutes on the porch untangling and rearranging the balloons - even calling me to make sure he was arranging them exactly how I wanted them. I was floored by the customer service and their immediate efforts to rectify the situation. Amazing customer service!
Just toys and stuff that are made in China...if you guys okay with that then come and shop around. Just because I don't feel good with stuff from China so I don't shop those for kids to play with. Thanks for reading this.
