I really love the product. The shipping however is another matter. I was sent an update that the order would be delivered on Friday. I checked and the status showed close by. Then I checked and it was in Portland OR not close at all. then showed Troutdale Or. and delivery was pending. Saturday still showed pending. Finally Sunday said it was out for delivery. I got the order mid morning on Sunday. There was a lot of confusion behalf of the shipper

This product has helped solve so many problems! We live in an apartment in New York City and have been using pee pee pads for our puppy. He was having trouble using them and would even have accidents on our bed. Since we got Patio Pet Life, he hasn’t had any accidents at all! It took him less than a day to transition from using pads to the Patio Pet Life. Having access to grass in the city used to be an uncommon treat during weekend walks in the park. Fresh grass in the apartment has made all the difference! I highly highly recommend!!

We got a new puppy and the pet grass was perfect for our apartment for quick potty breaks when we didn’t have time to take him downstairs. Only recommendation is making a bigger sign asking the delivery person to lay the box down flat because we had some trouble with that. Great product that I’d recommend to anyone who doesn’t have a backyard

I have a reoccurring order from PPL and it’s always great! The grass pads are substantial and last a decent amount of time. For someone living in an apartment, this is the best possible solution to not having a yard. My dog took to it easily and continues to do so after a couple of years of using the grass pads. He loves when we get a new delivery because he’s become used to getting the treat they so kindly include in each order. It’s the little things like that that make you realize this company cares :) You won’t be disappointed. Definitely give PPL a try!

I've been working with this company for a few months. They are very responsive and helpful and have a great product. A little training with your dog and it is a life savor when you don't live on the first floor and it's the middle of the night.

We love this company. Grass arrives every three weeks and looks great. Just so you know, if your dog uses this grass often, the grass will die. We started at getting our grass every four weeks and had to change to every three weeks. It is much better than taking her three floors down and to the grass down the street.
