Very pleased. Customer Service over the phone was excellent and all my questions were answered immediately. The order was prompt, shipping less expensive than expected, and the pieces are truly stunning. Could not be happier, and cannot wait to have them installed.

Nice product, but charging 12 to ship two tiny (1.5" x 3.25" x 1/4") items that cost 13 each is excessive. Then despite charging the excessive cost to ship, the time to arrive was over a week. Could have shipped USPS for a fraction of the cost for the same slow delivery. Adding insult to the whole process, requiring an adult signature for delivery caused added delay for redelivery and the inconvienence of having to be home to receive these items. Simply put as good as everything else may be this company is clueless when it comes to shipping and customer satisfaction in the 21st century.

I have purchased many resin carvings to make window cornices over the years, and total I must have made at least six to ten orders thus far. I absolutely love the quality of their carvings- deep recessed carvings, exceptional quality, and great service from Pearl Works . I plan to order ceiling carvings, crown molding, and staircase paneling in the near and distant future. I will always buy from this manufacturer and no other architectural company because of their fantastic quality of their carvings and huge selection of their product. It is rare to find a perfect merchant anymore, and this is the one exception for sure! I give this merchant a perfect5-star rating for their quality of their product, service, and cost.
