Since mpower i5 shipped to me , endless problems they send tech twice he fixed machine , after 3 day keep having same problems. Junk item , junk customer service ever. Try to print shirt with ur garbage can may give you better result. 11 months later machine still not working they want me to ship the machine back they will fix it for me for free but I have to pay 450 shipping cost plus service not included print heads ???? Plus they want me to pack machine as good as I received which is not really possible, in contact with lawyer I will try to open up case for 50 000 which is only pays my depth to collection agencies that is all , u may print a tshirt with ur garbage can but this machine. Stay away Stay away Stay away

I had a problem with my nozzle checks and to be honest I was super worried. When we first called Antonio helped us troubleshoot and help us replace a part in my printer. I thought yay I am done but it turns out it wasn’t fixed. I called and emailed My sales rep and Antonio again and they both got back to me ASAP and changed another part the very next day! Fast service! I am up and running again and making money:) thank you to Ricoh team for taking care of me. I will say, my printer was covered by warranty because I did my regular maintenance, so make sure you take care of your printer!
