Never dealt with them, but my experience as a service electrician, and with what my buddy told me about what they tried to charge him to replace smoke detectors, didn't seem real. Then he showed me the paperwork. Run away! Protip: when the majority of 5 star reviewers have only one review, that is not a good sign.

The Right Time (Home Depot) technician and then his supervisor both told me my air conditioner needed to be replaced (for 7000) because of rust. Two other companies including the Costco rep said the equipment was in fine condition. Don't be cheated. Get multiple bids/ opinions!
