Placed an online order on 7/19 and still have not received it. I have sent 3 emails asking where is my. You cannot get a live person the phone only a recorded message to send an email for a faster response. I have received only one return email on 7/30 from Eric Douglas that they had some changes in their management and apologized for the error, they will be sending it our promptly. It is now 8/11 and I still have not received my order or a return response to my additional emails. Unhappy new customer do not purchase from them.
