I would like to express my gratitude towards Healing Gardens for all the guidance provided thus far in my wellness journey. Dr. Ram is a great listener and a keen observer. He has shown extreme patience and provided the needed support. I met (virtually) with Dr. Ram in late 2020 to understand my wellness options and attempt to start addressing some of my health conditions. He recommended creating a health baseline starting with customized Panchakarma to best suite my needs. I also received specific and detailed nutrition guidance from his team during this process. This was an important step, not just to address something specific, but to put me on the path to healthy lifestyle. I already seen positive results and optimistic in this journey. Dr. Ram and his team has been extremely helpful since day one. His team is simply stellar. They are very proactive, respond to questions any time of the day and communicate with you (literally) on a real time basis. I receive calls from their team to see how I am doing. There is constant engagement. As I said, health and wellness is a journey and my journey still continues with them. One needs to be dedicated and committed in this journey themselves, and Dr. Ram and his team can push it to the next level of wellness.

I had severe stomach pain, cramps and burning for few months and had taken antacids etc and gone through endoscopy and colonoscopy all the test and nothing was found and nothing was helping, I was desperate and on searching online found the healing gardens of Ayurveda. My online consultation was very informative and I appreciate that Dr Ram spends time listening and explaining so much. He listened to all my concerns and answered my questions. He looked at my tongue and taught me breathing exercises. Told me what to eat and what not to eat, mixed some herbs which was shipped to me (I do have to say those herbs were not yummy to taste) and gave me some homework to do. I was skeptical but within a couple days my burning sensation, pain and cramps reduced significantly. I have been taking the herbs and following the instructions, It’s been a month, I feel like a different person. I don’t have pain, no cramps and no burning . Thank you so much Dr Ram.

I was having digestive issues and was experiencing lack of energy due to stress and unhealthy eating habits that go along with that. I decided to take the jump and try the panchakarma (cleanse). Afrin and Dr Ram made the cleanse into a convenient at home kit, and set up a phone cal to go over everything. They were always a text/email away if I had any questions about the process. I’m so glad I pushed myself to do the cleanse. I felt great afterwards and my digestion has been a lot better since. I would definitely recommend The Healing Gardens if you’re looking for a holistic approach your health!

I came to Dr Ram about 2 years ago at the lowest point in my health when western medicine wasn't giving me any answers, and I was about to give up. I had really bad anxiety, digestive issues, malnutrition, I was loosing a lot of weight and loosing my hair. Dr Ram, Afrin, and his team saved my life. I began to work with Dr Ram and following his advice and shortly after I began to feel better. so much so that I continued coming to him whenever I wasn't feeling well. Dr ram has so much patience he never gave up on me. He was always very attentive listening to all my concerns and he would always follow up with me making sure I was keeping up with his recommendations. Fast forward to now I feel amazing all of my digestive issues are gone, the brain fog is gone , I feel great, energized and very present in my body. Dr Ram is an angel he REALLY cares about your health. Aside from his medicine he teaches you great everyday techniques to deal with stress.
