I started Perfect Workout about a month ago. I'm really loving it. I'm able to get in a workout early in the morning before work. Angela is a fantastic trainer, pushing me beyond what I would do on my own. The facility is extremely clean and safe. They are following strict covid-safe protocols with only one trainer and one client in the facility at any given time. The facility and equipment are kept extremely clean. They have a well developed automated text system for scheduling and confirming every appointment. I highly recommend this workout system, and in particular this facility and trainer.

I've been working with my trainer Angela now since last fall. Small studio, one on one highly effective training. I'm noticing the difference and I love that I get in and 20 minutes later I've had a great workout, no hours and hours spent on the gym.

I've been a PWO client for over 4 years. I started out skeptical. Could 20 minutes twice a week really make a difference? The answer is YES. Even a mammogram technician has commented on my upper body musculature! Early on, I also wondered if it was really worth the money. Again, the answer is YES. Angela, my trainer, does an excellent job of encouraging me but also pushing me past where I would go on my own. She also mixes things up and keeps my workout interesting and challenging. My husband recently started with PWO because his regular gym is still closed 10 months into the pandemic. He used to weight train on his own twice a week, 90 minutes per session. I turned 65 last summer and it was a wake up call. I wanted to make the most of life but I realized that I was overweight and not strong enough to do many things I loved. So, I found the Perfect Workout in Tustin and started working out with Madison. She's great and really helps me stay motivated. Now my weight is down, my blood pressure is good and I have the strength and stamina and stability to hike and bike, swim and play harder than I have in many years! Thank you Madison!

Have increased strength and flexibility over time and feel much stronger. I joined Perfect Workout almost 3 months ago. I’ve always found it hard to make time for exercise in my life & it has always been something that typically I haven’t enjoyed. However, this has been different because anybody can do anything for 20 minutes, right?? I’ve surprised myself that I’m able to do these exercises & my body is responding. My trainer in Tustin is Angela & is very knowledgeable in the area of health & exercise. She’s motivating & “walks the talk”. It’s been a good experience.

I have been a client at the Perfect workout at the Tustin location, since 2013. I saw an advertisement in a local magazine and I thought this is too good to be true! I had never heard of a full workout in just 20 minutes! I was curious and I gave it a try. Since then I'm hooked. My trainer Angela is friendly, enthusiastic and gives me expert guidance throughout my workout to achieve my best and even more. I feel so much stronger , my arms and my legs especially are defined and strong. Though the main achievement for me is that I reversed my osteoporosis according to my recent test. The longer I can maintain these results especially for my osteoporosis it's a win for me. I definitely recommend the perfect workout.
