Very disappointed. The technician seemed okay, said he would email our diagnostic report the same day (of course he got his fee before he left) - didn't come, followed up next day, said they would get it out to us - didn't come, couldn't follow up the next day because no one picked up the phone, followed up the next day, they hung up on me, I called back said they had to hang up they were busy.. . I'm done. 10/13/20 Update. I was contacted by a manager who made everything right - looking forward to doing business with these folks. Hopefully the work performed will be a smoother and very positive experience with excellent results. Thanks, Monica!

I am 100% contented with air duct cleaning service provided by Tustin Central Air. So, this is my second time using their service and still my expectation go up and beyond. They sent different technician but still the job done clearly. I was impressed with their professionalism and get the job done at exact time! Recommended!
I had a really great experience with this company. I needed my air conditioning repaired and the technician was really helpful, especially because I don't know much about AC repair. He explained everything to me, which made me feel so much better, and the prices were reasonable. The mechanic walked me through everything that he did and why. I didn't have to wait long either, because the mechanic was punctual and was out to my house in a few hours. I would definitely recommend this company as a great place for air conditioning repair. The price was great, the mechanic was friendly and helpful, he were out to my place right away and the work was done quickly. As someone who has never had to have an air conditioning unit repaired, I will definitely use them again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quick air conditioning repair at a good price!
We are very happy with our new heating and cooling unit. They came out when they said installation would occur, and we were up and running by sundown. These guys had come do a central air conditioning repair at my place. The guys were in and out in no time and the unit has been working great since! They fixed my air conditioner quickly and for a great price. They have some of the best prices around for air conditioning and furnace repairs. I couldn't believe it this Spring when I went to flip on the air conditioner for the first time this year, and it was blowing out warm air. I'm so thankful for all the help you provided. This is by far the best air conditioning company in the air with best service. I could not believe I had a refrigerant leak when it was thoroughly explained to me, but they fixed it right up in no time. This is the most satisfied I have ever been with my air conditioning; it works so well now.
A few days ago, my air conditioner unexpectedly died on me. With the abnormally warm winter we've been having, my house got uncomfortably warm very quickly. I called these guys up and they quickly sent out a repairman to examine and repair my A/C. Within a few hours, he was at my home. Normally, I find having strangers in my home uncomfortable but this guy was so polite and professional that it was no problem at all. It didn't take him long to find the problem (a refrigerant leak). I was given multiple options from temporary to long-term solutions that would fit in my budget. Couple of minutes later, my A/C was running better than ever. He went out of his way to get my A/C going. He even cleaned out the condenser grill which nobody else has done to date. Honestly, I fully recommend this company to anyone in need of air conditioning repair. The quality of work, the time it took, and the price were all superb.

I am calling Tustin Central Air for my air duct that needed a cleaning works, I noticed that the air in my home was having some dust and upon checking the air duct, it has a lot of molds and dust inside, glad I am able to got the soonest scheduled for the work. They’re two guys came and was ready for the work, they immediately do cleaning the air duct and have some minor repairs, I was amazed that they are quickly done the work, I am inspecting the air duct after the work that they did and I was pleased to see that my air duct was absolutely clean and I don’t see any dust, it was totally cleaned. That was the service that I most wanted, now that I have them, I am using them for the next cleaning of my air duct.
