I'm basing my experience off the Fullerton office. I've worked for U.S Security Associates for a year. Half of that year I worked for the Torrance branch. Never had any issues. Until the Fullerton branch took over a contract I worked for which is the "Michael Kors" account. So let me get to the point. When Fullerton took over the account guards stop getting paid on-time. If you were to do overtime they dont pay you. Then you call and send text messages about your missing overtime hours and Chan Mean the branch manager doesn't return your phone calls or text messages. They will force you to do 16 hour shifts and they won't pay you. I quit after a year back in December because they didn't return my calls about my missing overtime/double time hours missing those hours from November checks. We're now in February and I still haven't got paid. I sent text messages and left voicemails for Chan he hasn't returned not one phone call. I went to the office (Fullerton) and he has been in "meetings" every time I went. I call cooperate and it's the same thing "we will let the branch know" but still nothing happens. A handful of guards and myself have started a search for a lawyer. That's how bad it is at that location. And when I say a hand full I mean it's like 50 plus at different accounts. I will give this company 0 stars if I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRASH COMPANY.
