I loved how it's about getting the Pets at ease of pain and being happy. Very informative and explained steps very well. I liked how no pressure to make decision. Super nice. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Sarah Finochi has treated our boxer Sophie back to gaining weight and back to a normal life. She had a small cell leukemia. Life and Sophie are much better two months later. Thank you to you and your staff during a pandemic. Hugs to all. Douglas Sems and Tom Halley

Emotionally, it's difficult to post this review; however, this wonderful team deserves nothing but praise for and acknowledgement of their great work. I felt supported from the day I scheduled our boy's first appointment till his last hours and even beyond. It's important to know that the doctors, vet technicians, receptionists, and everyone else involved not only offer quality medical treatment but also truly care about you and the well-being and comfort of your beloved pet. Regular check-ins from the nurses, their detailed instructions, and informative and heart-felt advice from the doctors helped us make decisions we felt were the most effective. Thank you for always being there for us and for our sweet boy. Dr. Hauss, I don't have enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for your help and support.

I’ve been here numerous times with my little furry children and had very positive experiences with each one. Felix comes twice a month right now and purrs the entire time he’s there. Great staff.... friendly, caring people. Kudos especially to Dr. Julie and Alisha!

All the staff us really nice and made us really at ease about the possibility of our fur baby having a major surgery. And all the ladies just love Theo.

Changed from five stars to one. Three weeks after the vet discussed with my wife that my kitten was going to die in short order, they decided to contact me to check in on how she was doing. When I called to have them take me off of their lists, understandably upset, I was hung up on while giving my feedback. When I called back I wasn’t even considered good enough to speak to. For what it’s worth, I was actually pretty pleasant but firm on the first call. Now, when I called back to complete my statement I absolutely called that miserable wretch every word I knew. People like that shouldn’t work with animals or children, or anywhere in customer service. It’s unfortunate what you can get away with when you’re the only vet cancer center in the area. I’m now so upset because I know my animal wasnt treated right here, and I’m starting to think it wasn’t the travel time to the center that made her sicker but whatever stress these absolute psychos caused her.
