I received a picture of the final product with estimated delivery times. She also sent me and the recipient a text on details of the delivery to ensure the product reached the customer promptly. I ordered a bouquet & balloons for my partner's birthday. The flowers are fresh and placed inside a rectangular box which made it more presentable and classy. It was delivered on time and exactly the same as it is shown on the website.
