Very poor customer service. The lady at the counter was not helpful at all. Tried asking her info abt some products, she refused to check it in the system. She asked us to make it quick. It felt like she wanted to drive us away. Not a customer focused store. They don't really know how to offer a good service.

This store is always closed. Ive never seen it open eventhough ive passed it on several occasions at different times of week and day. The one time i was in there was because they forgot to lock the doors and local pedestrians decided to raid the place and i can honestly say i didn't see anything worth stealing. Overpriced toiletries, health and beauty products with mediocre quality at best. I saw one guy pick up a charcoal toothpaste read the description in confusion, roll his eyes, shrug and then pocketing the toothpaste before scrunching up his face and mutter an \ah\ while he through the thing back ont the shelf. Like i said not even worth stealing. After the raid was over the state they left the place in you would never have guessed a raid had just happened. Infact as I recall some people actually took advantage of the situation by putting things they had bought there previously back on the shelves. The only reason they're not bankrupt is due to their refund policy as they operate like scam coke dealers doing it for the quik cash and not the long game. Reminds me of north north Korea's fake fruit storefronts, purely for aesthetics. Except this is one ugly store front

WORST experience ever! This chemist gave over an old prescription from my previous docs with my previous address and not my latest prescription with my new address and new docs surgery. I went back today explaining they gave me the wrong prescription the manger was not helpful but upset me and only caused an argument and stress. All I wanted was To return the wrong medicine that I received and paid for in exchange for the correct. This Boots did not want to help me or actually listen to what has happen. I have made contact with boots customer services and placed a complaint as Boots owe me a refund and an apology for causing stress instead of being helpful. The worst Boots experience ever and I am waiting for my refund!!! And yes I left the wrong prescription in the managers hands. And if they actually put time in caring for their customers they would of given the correct medicine in the first place. Poor Poor Service.

You have to wait outside for about half an hour before anyone hears you knocking to let you in. Also the pharmacists don't know their local customers. They refuse you OTC medication because someone came in with a similar story. If you remembered your local customers who prop up your business you wouldn't be treating customers as you do. Go to Minal pharmacy or the one next to the Halifax, small independent pharmacies who get to know you on a personal level. This Boots really let's down the Boots brand.

I call on Monday for prescription you came Wednesday bee ready today Friday I call again They say can you please call in 5 minutes I let you know after two hours been calling no one answered I have to go there in store prescription not ready please don’t tell your doctor send your prescription here
