This council is cashing in on me trying to move away to make way for an ambulance. Yes, it's a junction box. But as I was in the right lane, the space in the junction box was the only place to park to let through the ambulance safely. I appealed to the council, but they refused to consider the fact that I wanted to make way for the ambulance. I have to little time to appeal to London Tribunals, so I will pay. However, I lost some faith in Richmond today.

Highest council tax in the Country with rude staff. Useless contact number. All they do is make you wait/ put you on hold and once you get someone to talk to all they say is please email and rest of the basic questions will be answered ' I dont know ,please send a mail. I don't know ,please send a mail. Thanks very much. They don't know the value of time and effort.
