Cant Trust their Vehicle Service in any way I had Recall on my Mazda 6. The guy in the showroom told I have an issue with engine and charge me for Diagnostic's.. And told me that the engine has some issues that they cant find. and they pointed to carbon build up in engine without any evidence. The charge me for a diagnostics which they cant find and took my money. completely dishonest.... Did an independent inspection on the vehicle. Found there no carbon build up nor any engine issue.

I booked the car for car keys cut and program new remote , on the phone they said cost me 27 for cut key and new set cost around 120 , so I was expecting around 150 , but the charge me 185 and 20 for cutt blank from lock Smith, each .end it up with higher bill ...please chacek carefully in written before booking.

I'm so impressed with Mazda dealership. Have had a long term issue with my car that 2 other Mazda dealerships haven't been able to remedy. Took it here and they have sorted it out! They were very friendly and helpful with a really good knowledge. They even valeted the car before returning it to me. One thing to note is that the customer carpark is at the rear down the side road.
