Real Better Gifts

One of the worst GP Practices in London. Extremely difficult to get an appointment with the doctor, even before the covid pandemic. Very poor and unprofessional reception staff. I called today to get an appointment, they have put me on hold 1hour and 45 minutes. Terrible service. Feel sorry for the patients on pay as you go mobile net works. Why NHS allow these kind of practices to operate freely??

Experience of the Doctors are lovely, however reception staff member Deborah dreadful. It sounds like she does not want to be there .. I appreciate that this is a horrible time for us all but at least be pleasant.. really let’s the surgery down
