I called at the last minute explaining I had a budget of 200 and needed all white. Delivered was a bouquet of flowers, many of which were not usable, didn’t even receive a half-dozen roses, tons of fillers when I specifically said no fillers, etc. I was SHOCKED! I called and the woman I spoke to seemed to think that this was perfectly acceptable. After I sent an email with the below picture along with a few others, I received a call back saying they would make up for it. The second picture attached to this review is what I received. Combined total for the usable flowers they sent was *maybe* 30 at most. I could have done a much better job myself at Albertsons. I was so pleased with their services in the past but this whole experience was so horrendous (especially their customer service) that I will never spend a cent with Absolutely Flowers again. They never should have accepted my last minute order - I would have thanked them and continued to use them in the future if they were honest about how they do business!
I am only giving one star because less than one isn’t an option. BEYOND disappointed and in disbelief that the florist thinks this is an acceptable arrangement of tulips for 50. On day two the tulips were already drooping so I brought them back in to the florist. She told me that’s how they are suppose to look.... and that they would perk back up. I gave the business a chance to make things right. Unbelievable and completely unacceptable to send this out to customers. Needless to say I’ll never use this business again nor will I recommend it... what a shame and waste of money.

Ordered a deluxe bouquet for my sister who loves sunflowers and just gave birth to her first child, a baby boy . The bouquet I ordered was fall colors and very gender neutral. The bouquet I received was haphazardly put together, not deluxe at all and a total disappointment . I gave four stars because they did replace the bouquet but they changed the roses to pink? Ugh. So disappointed. Not worth 90.
