I don't do reviews, unless warranted. My wife and I recently got married and went through Bulkeez for their flower service because she sold us on her abilities. The service promised wasn't what my wife wanted and there was no communication on Bulkeez end. There was an event where Bulkeez did not get in certain flowers and flower colors in on time prior to the wedding and it was a business decision on Bulkeez end to use her own decided colors (white and bright red) versus what was promised to us in the statement (blush and burgundy). There was no communication to us about the flowers not coming in. The day of the wedding was stressful enough with the added stress of Bulkeez forgetting to include a boutonnieres and a bouquet, which we didn't discover until right before pictures. We provided feedback to Bulkeez in regards to her service in a professional manner requesting a partial refund, which Bulkeez agreed to pay. After a week of follow-up there was no partial refund and Bulkeez decided she would not honor it any longer as she believes we got what we paid even though it wasn't what was promised in the statement. The sad part is that we wanted to support a local start-up business and could have gone anywhere else in the Magic Valley. The picture provided was taken about 2 hours after delivery, so it makes me wonder how long these flowers have been sitting out ready to go and how long she had a chance to tell us of her delivery issue which could have been communicated in advance. In both pictures the flowers are wilting and not attached to the groomsmen coat appropriately. Once we get more pictures back from our photographer we will be updating this review.

I have ordered From Taylor a few times and she never disappoints! She has a wide variety of flowers and arranges them so beautifully! She is always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to make your arrangement special. When doing a casket piece she try's to customize to the person and what the family requests! Her prices are very reasonable! She is striving to be the hometown flower shop that people can count one for all their flower needs! If you are in need of an arrangement call Taylor she does great work!!
