We bought a new Toshiba all in one Estudio color printer/copier/fax from Tim and Business Techs about a year ago as our company's main unit which gets a lot of use and the unit and the service has been exceptional! The reason we went with Business Techs for a new unit is because we bought a unit from them about 10 years ago and they kept it alive and kicking for all those years. Tim could have easily sold us a more expensive unit like his competition suggested, but because he took the time to know us over the years he suggested a unit that could handle the workload that was a little less expensive. Cannot recommend these folks enough!
