Good service. Necessary work done as expected within time frame. Had to ask for correct tag telling at what mileage next oil change. Also had to wait over 20 min for shuttle ride back to my car. Very nice working with Neil and Courtney. I will return.

The service department here is great. I’ve had bad experiences with other dealers, and my experience here stands out for a few reasons. -The communication; They texted me with updates on my car, and kept me in the loop as parts were ordered, delivered, and installed. Not all dealers do this. -Everyone that I worked with treated me with kindness and respect, and were very easy to work with. The people that work here are what make these guys really stand out from a typical dealership. Highly recommend. Scott, Courtney, and everyone else - thank you so much!

I can NOT recommend Goode Motor in Twin Falls. We bought a vehicle from them mid-December 2020 with certain verbal agreements which they were happy to promise during the sale, (promises made by both the salesman and the salesmanager) which they seemed to forget about after the sell. After a long runaround and lots of unreturned calls they finally came through with part of their promises. This is now March 26th. When given the opportunity to make good on their word the manager refuses to call us back for 4 days straight. We eventually left a message for the General manager and have not heard back from him either. They left it to the salesman to let us know that nothing more was going to happen. We feel that this behavior is very unprofessional.
