This bar has the coolest owners and bartender! Amazing atmosphere, food, drinks and music! I'm new to Twin and have visited a few bars and this bar is the best! Clean, great vibe, and the staff is cool as s#!!! I hope to become the "Norm" of Marilyn's! Jo Jo pours awesome drinks! Can't wait for karaoke night! See you here! Thanks, Jay
This place is great! Some of the best music you will find in Twin! I am not a big alcohol drinker either. A glass of wine and I am done for the night. I have asked for water only when I have gone to Marilyn's and not once was frowned on, or criticized. In fact I found the owner,Sassy to be extremely friendly, as well as the staff.
Any Marilyn Monroe fan must stop at this club. Its got tons of Marilyn memorabilia, great decor, unique specialty drinks and live music regularly. Very welcoming to patrons...the owners are super friendly and so is the staff. Great place!
Love this place. Good for both the trendy crowds and those of us who are old enough to have seen her live on television.
Looking for a smoke free, fun place to enjoy a drink with friends? This establishment will satisfy! Give it a chance, we did and it is now a go to place for us!
In my opinion, this is one of the worst bars that you could go to because of the owner. I went in there and had a shot and didn't feel like drinking much more because a lot of alcohol is bad for me due to sinus issues I've dealt with all my life. To top it off, I drove myself there and was not going to get intoxicated. I was drinking water and enjoying myself for their karaoke night. I then got told by one of the bartenders that she was "chewed out" because she was serving me water. I asked the owner of this was true and she got very aggressive with me. She said "if you're not buying alcohol then you are no good to my business. I told her about my problems and why I couldn't drink a lot and she proceeded to say "well if you have all of that going on, then maybe you should go do your own thing elsewhere." I was appalled by what I was told. Then a lady that was sitting with her proceeded to say "leave or else" I ask her "or else what? Are you going to slap me?" She said "yes" as she was pulling her pants up and looking at me as though I had committed a crime. I left for the night and wrote a review on her Facebook page. She took that down and pretended it never happened. I'm hoping that here, she can't delete the truth. Again, terrible experience and I would NOT recommend this bar to ANYONE. Thanks
Last time here it was 2 per Corona and they raised it to 4 per beer. Bartender was rude and unprofessional. Had a great time the first time we went. This time we left unbelievably unhappy and most likely will not go back.
