Very friendly and professional service. The waiter even had a sense of humor to give us a personal touch. The food portions are definitely plentiful, the hamburgers are stacked high and the blooming fried chicken breast was nothing short of amazing. And of course it would be a wasted trip if you didn’t have the blooming onions.

Excellent service, great food, and great location! We enjoyed our stop over to visit the Snake River Canyon and Twin Falls and our meal here. The restaurant was not crowded as dining-in limits are in place due to covid-19 precautions. Tables were bussed and sanitized quickly. Staff and servers wore masks. Hannah B was an awesome and friendly server. Our drinks never ran dry and our food was cooked just as we requested. We would definitely choose to eat here again.

This was my first experience at an Outback Steakhouse, and let me tell you what. I will most definitely be back to this one! Best steak in Twin Falls Idaho hands down so far. Cooked to perfection, the blooming onion was amazing! Really everything was absolutely off the charts. Not only was the food awesome but so was the service, very friendly and very attentive. We absolutely loved every second of our date night!

Outback steakhouse is always great. Great service and they are following the Covid safety protocol very well. Being an older patron, my husband and I feel very safe dining there.

While the experience was ok. They were under-staffed, only two people serving... whoever made the house seasoning was severely heavy handed on the pepper... it was in everything... not a little... so much we couldn't finish our food... we did take it home to finish later in smaller quantities lol it was a very expensive learning experience... but the two staff were great so no worries.

Had a bad experience with some food that was, in our opinion, way too spicy for us and our kids. But Manager Matt was so genuine and so nice! We appreciate Matt so much! #Mattsdabomb

While I have always enjoyed Outback Steakhouse, our visit to the Twin Falls Outback was the best experience ever at any Outback...if not the best experience at any restaurant. And all the credit goes to our amazing waitress Amber. She was super friendly and outgoing, without being overbearing. I never even had to request a drink refill, as she brought out refills before I could even ask...and I put away A LOT of Diet Coke. She was hitting on all cylinders... 1. She checked to see how we were doing just the right amount of times, not way to often but also didn’t leave us wondering when she would be back. 2. She was very friendly, without being “phony”. 3. When she brought out our “take home boxes” she made sure to package up some sauce for the blooming onion we couldn’t finish, and packaged up some “remoulade sauce” to go for my girlfriends salmon. All without asking her, she just did it. Then her and her assistant (sorry I don’t recall her name) bagged it all up for us and brought go cups for our drinks. Generally when we go out, even the best of waiters/waitresses are lacking in some aspect, well not Amber. If Outback doesn’t give her a pay raise, they are nuts. If I owned/managed a restaurant, I would try and steal her away from Outback. Thanks for a great evening, we will be back. John Goad, Jr. TheGoadTeam.com

I was there with my family last week on tuesday. The waiter was rude told us that the bread was limited to one per table. After that he just didnt care about our business. Who ever is manag iij ng this location needs to seriously give advice to this waiter. My wife order a full rack of ribs which was about 30 I order something about 20 plus drinks and my son meal. Since the waiter was rude and didnt care we told him to cancel our order we were taking our business somewhere else to eat for one no one is paying for our food but ourselves. When I told him that he told me If i leave with out paying the drinks(sodas) he will call the cops. So I told him to call the manager so I can speak with him. Unfortunately the other person I talked to was someone with the cook's uniform. He was nicer but I told him that we didnt like the customer service from the rude waiter. Ii wasnt going to pay for anything. So I took my family and left where we went to chilis we got better customer service.
