Great company to have repair all appliances. Will recommend to everyone in need of a repair in home or in shop. Also they have appliances for sell too and offer warranty on their appliances.
They don't answer their phone, or answer voicemails. When I went in, I was told that they've been having problems with their phone system. I got my part ordered and that was a quick process. I get my part tomorrow.
My wife was very pleased! She loved the fact that Gerrald, our tech, communicated with her. Neat work and a friendly, professional atmosphere. Well done. Would recommend this service to others.

My dryer went out and it was under warranty through speed queen. I called and made an appointment to have my dryer fixed. Gerald Rood came out, took it apart and said it my thermostat and might be good to replace the vent which was to small for the dryer. About 5 days later, gerald came back out and fixed it quickly and he was very friendly and professional. You have a customer for life...thank you
I would just like to say Jake is the absolute best. He always does a great job at fixing our washer and dryer and our dishwasher. He puts deep work into it and cares. What a good man. I HIGHLY recommend him. He’s polite and kind and very easy to talk with.
Pro Tech is great! We have used them for years. They are very professional from start to finish. They work around your schedule and call you the morning of your appointment to confirm. The techs are friendly, knowledgeable and never try to upsell you. They explain in detail what is or is not happening to your appliance and advise you, not harass you. I’ve had them work on numerous appliances and never had any complaints. Gerald Rood was our service tech today troubleshooting our washer. He explained in detail what he thought was the issue saving us from purchasing a new valve. I would and have recommended Pro Tech to anyone.
