We were at the Red Zone and an employee came out being rude to one of our friends as we were leaving. She said he couldn’t take the drink out so my friend finished his drink and the “bar tender” was still being rude so my friend dumped the ice on the floor and walked away. (We were already outside and did not make a scene since he had already finished his drink). By the time we got to the Rouge they wouldn’t let our friend in. We experienced bad customer service especially from the so called owner. Was extremely rude and disrespectful when I was trying to explain a situation to him that happened with one of his employees and a friend of mine. I was the only sober one in my group and I was trying to explain to him what really happened but he would much rather take a story from a drunk person. According to him in his 25 years of experience he knows what it’s like to speak to someone intoxicated. Keep in mind I didn’t even drink. When he was rude to me my husband stepped in and asked him to not talk to me that way and tried to explain himself the situation. Long story short we weren’t aloud to come in which is totally fine because we won’t be taking our business there. He also mentioned he was the owner of the red zone this is why the review in here as well. Talk about a system.
