Cristian and the team at Twin Falls Subaru made purchasing our Subaru a great experience! The process was fast, smooth, and painless. Cristian wanted to be sure the car met all of our needs, gave us the best price up front, without haggling, and then stayed over an hour and a half after closing to settle the purchase! It was easily the best car buying experience we've ever had.

We got a great car! Markel was an awesome sales person. He defines “youth and enthusiasm “. My wife and I define “age and experience “. Having said that, my only knock is on the dealership for how slow and rigid they are on the sales process. We have bought six Honda’s and two Hyundai’s. Never spent more than 90 minutes at a dealership before: including test drive, financing, declining extras, detailing the car and driving away a happy customer. We spent close to 3 hours the day we decided to purchase our Outback. We had to order it but were told picking it up would be a simple process. Almost two hours to pick it up with sales pitches from finance and going through the chapters of the manual, waiting for various forms to be printed. Things could go a lot smoother. We love our car btw.

Had such an amazing experience at Subaru. Hillary was awesome and after taking my car to different service car dealerships to try and get it fixed- with no luck, Subaru handled it and it’s all fixed. So happy that I brought my car there, won’t take it anywhere else now. They also didn’t overcharge and basically only charged for the work that needed done.

Chance was a great salesman!! Very knowledgeable and patient. Conducted himself in a professional manner. Not "pushy" at all like some salesman can be. Had no intention of buying a vehicle today, only wanted to cruise through lot to look. Beautiful vehicle, great pricing, very good financing options. Quick and easy process. The team at Twin Falls Subaru made our purchase process easy, seamless and surprising fast. Their trade-in value and new vehicle pricing was fair in my opinion and their up-front/no haggle pricing structure is something I really liked. No games, no long process of dealing with multiple managers.
