I called two days ago to schedule an appointment to install tires. The man I talked too was super nice, offered me multiple times for today. He confirmed MULTIPLE times for this appointment. But when my boyfriend arrived today, it seemed to be nonexistent. I called, explaining the situation but no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I'm more upset the fact that I spoke to an employee for nearly three minutes only to look like a fool.

The pit crew oil change is cheep. 19.96 tax. Other than that they are slow and they don't know that much. It's Walmart. They have us all by the short and curlys. I can say they are better than them rip-offs at other lube places. Wish I could say who the other lube place was but I don't think I can say Jiffy Lube in this review. Anyways I would recommend Walmart to anyone who doesn't mind walking around their store for awhile. You can find some good deals there sometimes.

They have really upped their service. The person who greeted us outdoors was friendly and helpful. They finished our oil change in a timely manner for a great price. They make it easy when you can do your shopping at the same time. But seriously, took it from just getting an affordable oil change to getting great customer service and an oil change. Thanks.

Was told to wait outside. Waited 10 minutes while employees ignored and stood around. Then they couldn't even install a battery for me.
