I had the wrong type of dryer cord, the gal I talked to was super nice, gave me directions, and when I walked in she greeted me happily and had what I needed on the counter. We traded cords and off I went. She was sweet and I appreciate it a lot!
Had to get a part for my dryer and they were very helpful and even gave me advice for how to do it and tips and tricks on how to check if thats not the part I need. Will definitely go back.
This experience was amazing!!!, I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my dryer on-line, and needed it working today i called sears and they were closed already, I called joanne at 6:25 and she closed at 6:30 she stayed open late, so i could get my part. I am so appreciative, and grateful for her being and staying open till i got down there to get my part.
