Dr. Mast is amazing! I highly recommend her and the Twin Lakes Vision Clinic team. Dr. Mast is kind, informative, knowledgeable, and an outstanding eye doctor. She makes the appointment comfortable and ensures your concerns are heard and needs are met. She has been incredibly helpful and has supported me with healthy eye care routines that have improved my eye health. Thank you Dr. Mast!

A friendly and clenly enviornment. Was 5 minutes late but they let me go through my appointment anyways which was nice of them. Was very thorough with the eye exam. I told them that i had my last set of contacts and they were already a month old. So they gave me a free pair and a case while i wait for my new ones to come. Would definitely recommend coming here.

The receptionist apparently does not know that an \emergent medical issue\ isn't just an eye exam. I was a a long time patient of this clinic until I was told I couldn't be seen for at least 2 months even after explaining that my physician was waiting for results from the optometrist. If they won't even try to help, it's detrimental to my health and a waste of my time. Loved Dr. Mast, but her receptionist lost my trust and my business.

Twin Lakes Vision Clinic treated me better than I deserved. I had previously been to a big chain that processed me like a dead fish. These ladies gave me a thorough eye examination, including taking pictures of the back of my eyeballs. The doctor took the time to really figure out what I needed for a prescription. They also let me know that the glasses I had purchased from the big chain were under warranty and I could get new lenses for them. I went and got the new lenses and see much more clearly with the glasses TLVC sold me than what the chain store sold me. I don't generally write reviews, but there's such an obvious difference here, I feel compelled to tell everybody. Oh, and it's easy to get to and easy to park.
