Wonderful job on new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. They didn't send the handles for them.
Disappointing. Several doors warped after being charged a premium for solid maple. Hadn’t been cured properly apparently. Bathroom vanities installed with the wrong base. Ply split on an exposed end. Every time I thought it was done another issue would pop up with warp or split. It took weeks to get repairs made. I was always thrown to the end of the line on the apparently long list of repairs to be made. Pictured are the paper fiber board panels used for inserts in custom shaker cabinets. I didn’t feel I got what I was promised, didn’t receive what I paid for and I sure wasn’t a priority when it came to fixing their problem and poor materials. This was the 4th house I have built and this was the worst product and service I’ve ever experienced from a cabinet shop. Posting pictures but they are not all displaying. Just my personal experience.
We bought a pantry from Twin Oaks and they did a fabulous job matching it to our existing cabinets. We then purchased some sliding shelves and knobs for all of our cabinets. Nathan and two other men brought the knobs and handles and installed them for us at no extra charge, they even vacuumed up the mess, they were also going to install the shelves but my husband already did it. We haven’t been treated so kindly in a very long time. Thank you so much. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to be treated like family.
