Drove my parents to emergency room for mom's heart issue, rent-a-cops were away from their post. Walked in and went to check-in and loser rent a cop started to harras cause he was to busy talking to colleagues away from post. Just put on new mask, told me to get out, go back to metal detector and empty pockets. Had to throw away new mask and and came along Barney Fife as back up, what a joke. Harassed about my mask, which I was wearing and he is sitting by door without his mask covering his face. Plus social distancing doesn't apply to rent-a-cops, as they were talking, playing on their phones, one wearing a mask, the other not. 02/07/2021 22:50

They canceled my appointment after sending me to get a COVID test 55 minutes away. MYCHART was not updated to mention this. Apparently lack of communication is the norm around here

Dr. Schlenk is one of the most professional, kind and compassionate doctors I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Absolutely love this man, and you will too. My daughter had a dermatology appointment with Dr. Blayart, they tried to force me into agreeing to a virtual appointment which I adamantly declined multiple times and asked that they call me to reschedule when they were seeing patients in person. Let me just say that this appointment was scheduled 3 months in advance, and if you've ever seen a specialist, you know just how hard these appointments are to come by. They agreed to see my daughter in person but made us sit in the waiting room for well over 2 hours. Patient after patient that showed up got called back as we sat there waiting, even when the waiting room was completely empty, still we sat there waiting. Absolutely disgusting, unacceptable and unprofessional treatment.
